The sales invoice is issued
An invoice for Al-Nour: two items, a discount, VAT of 431.20 and a net of 3,511.20 — entered entirely from the keyboard.

We built systems that run today for factories, car service centres, auction houses, design studios, restaurants, school caterers and vet clinics. The same power is now yours — with accounting that posts its own entries.
Sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, payroll, the cashier, maintenance and fixed assets all connect to one core. Every transaction posts a balanced entry the moment you save — no double entry.
AccountingEverything arrives hereScroll to follow sales invoice INV-2026-00003 through every screen — straight from the system.
An invoice for Al-Nour: two items, a discount, VAT of 431.20 and a net of 3,511.20 — entered entirely from the keyboard.

The items leave the showroom warehouse under the same invoice and appear in the item’s movements with date and user.

Entry JV-2026-00019 covers the customer, sales, discount, VAT, cost of sales and inventory — 5,611.20 debit = 5,611.20 credit.

Al-Nour’s statement reflects the invoice instantly, matching the general ledger and the trial balance.

Pick your industry: the copy comes from the module’s own screens in the system we built, and so do the pictures.
Production orders by recipe and grade, process costing for bricks and garments, a daily production report by mixes with piece work for blocks and feed, made-to-measure orders for doors, aluminium and kitchens, external workshops and customer materials, and factory overhead absorbed into production at month end.
From the manufacturing module of our system; made-to-measure orders were ported from a door factory we serve — demo data.
A floor map with tables and their status, a cashier that opens orders for dine-in, takeaway or delivery, orders by seat, course and add-ons, a kitchen screen per prep station, bill splitting by seat or equally, a pickup queue, blind shift closing, and recipe-based stock.
From the restaurant module in our system, ported from a restaurant we work with.
Students order from the app, parents approve and pay from their wallet, the kitchen aggregates production by item and packs by student with allergy alerts, and school contracts carry their commission and service breaks.
From the system of a school-catering company we work with — test data.
A job card per visit with its services, technicians and their timers, and spare parts; a vehicle register with owners and authorized drivers; deposits; invoicing the owner, the dealer or the insurer; warranty cards; appointments and reminders; and 12 centre reports.
From the service centre module in our system, ported from a car centre we work with.
Entities and their types, expert valuations and sessions, letters of guarantee, tenders and contracts, auctions with their lots and categories, an electronic archive and a partner-exit calculator.
From the system of an auction house we work with.
The “Studio” module: design requests with model specifications, sizes, reference image and conversation, distributed to designers by daily capacity, request stages through approval and invoicing, delivery trips, and an app where customers order and follow up.
From the system of a pattern studio we work with.
A waiting list and exam room, a medical file per pet, vaccinations and follow-ups, in-clinic boarding, surgery consents, lab-device results, appointments and doctors.
From the system of a vet clinic we work with.
Look up any device by serial number from purchase to sale, maintenance tickets with fault types, technicians and spare parts issued, warranty versus paid repairs, and reports in several layouts.
Screens from the system’s maintenance module — pictures from the dealer’s own system will be added after masking its data.
Every client’s books, recurring tasks and teams, the tax calendar, tax files and documents with permissions, collection, and a portal where clients upload their documents.
Screens from the system’s accounting-office module.
The rep leaves with a loaded van on a route, visits shops, sells and prints the invoice on the spot and collects, and at the end of the day closes with the supervisor — goods, cash and shortages — while the supervisor follows everyone on the map.
From the distribution module in our system, with its own screens.
Whether you own the property or manage it for owners: every unit with its status and tenant, claims issued on time and collectors collecting from their phones, overdue claims shown with their late fees, and at month end a statement for every owner with their share after your commission and maintenance.
From the rentals module in our system, with its own screens.
Whether you own the land, share it with its owner, or buy apartments to finish and resell: every unit with its status and price, reservations, contracts and installments with their cheques, overdue amounts shown with their penalties, handover with its report, and the project cost allocated to its units so you know each unit’s profit.
From the real estate development module in our system, with its own screens.
Every project with its contract, addenda and bill of quantities; monthly measurements become a certificate in one click; executed work not yet billed shows with its value; advances, retention and letters of guarantee with their dates; subcontractors with what was measured for them and what was paid before the owner; and actual cost against budget so you know each project’s profit while it is still running.
From the contracting module in our system, with its own screens.
Pick a transaction and see the entry the system writes on save. Real figures from the system; every entry is linked to its document and never deleted.
Start with the essentials and add what you need. Every module is connected to accounting from day one, and each has a page with its real screens.
