Where is my data stored?
Each company has its own database, a daily backup with another provider and Cloudflare protection.
Can several people share one login?
No. Each user signs in from one device; signing in elsewhere signs the first one out.
Can I export my data?
Yes, reports and statements export to Excel and your data is always available to you.
Customisation and support
Can you tailor it to my business?
Yes, that is our work: we built dedicated modules for restaurants, school catering, factories, car centres, auctions and more.
Will you move my old data?
We import customers, suppliers, items, employees and opening balances.
How do I reach support?
From inside the system with a support ticket, or from the contact page.
