Payment and service delivery

Step 1: Choose a plan

The Customer chooses the plan and subscription period (monthly or yearly) on the pricing page, and sees the price in Egyptian pounds before any further step.

Step 2: Register details

The Customer registers their details: company name, contact person, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and password. Their system is set up immediately on its own link.

Step 3: Review the order and choose a payment method

The Customer reviews the order summary (plan, period and total), chooses a payment method and accepts the terms and conditions and the refund policy before confirming the order.

Step 4: Order confirmation

After confirmation, the Customer sees a page with the order number, plan, amount, payment method and system link, and a payment request is issued under its own number.

Step 5: Payment and activation

The paid subscription is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, within one working day at the latest, and the invoice is sent to the Customer’s email. Until payment, the system runs on the full trial period.

Available payment methods

Pay, then activate: our team contacts the Customer to collect the subscription fee in cash, by bank transfer or through mobile wallets, and the subscription is activated on collection. Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Meeza) through a certified payment gateway will be available soon.

Currency and invoices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds. Invoices are issued in the name of Asab Al-Nizam LLC, and the Customer can view their invoices and account statement from inside their system.

Service delivery

The service is fully digital, with no shipping or delivery. The Customer receives their system link and sign-in details immediately on registration and can sign in from any internet-connected device.
