Nature of the service

Asab Al-Nizam is a digital service delivered entirely online; there is no physical product to ship or deliver. An exchange therefore means changing the plan or subscription period, and returns are handled under the “Refunds and cancellation” policy.

Upgrading to a higher plan

You can upgrade at any time from inside the system or by contacting us. The Customer pays the price difference for the remaining period of the current subscription, and the new plan is activated as soon as payment is made, with all data kept.

Moving to a lower plan

A move to a lower plan takes effect from the start of the next renewal period, provided the Customer’s usage fits the limits of the new plan, such as the number of users and storage.

Changing the subscription period

Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect from the next renewal date and is charged at the price of the new period in force at that time.

Add-ons

Additional users, storage or modules can be added at any time and are charged for the remaining period of the subscription.
